Elderly individuals in India are often left with limited mobility and social engagement as their families are unable to cater to their needs due to work and personal responsibilities. This isolation has serious consequences for both physical and mental wellbeing. The challenge was to design a solution that restored independence and dignity to the elderly, while also keeping their families informed and reassured about their safety.

Designed a service concept built around four core pillars: safe travel, assistive aid, community connect, and elderly-friendly experiences. Saarthi empowers elderly users to explore their own neighbourhoods through a guided, safe travel service, while simultaneously keeping their families in the loop. The accompanying website concept communicated the service offering clearly, with a warm visual identity and community-forward messaging that spoke directly to the target audience.
